Refund Policy

Effective 22 October 2026

Credits on OET Trainer are sold as one-time packs. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which issues any refund.

1. Purchases are final

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable, except as described below or where the law requires otherwise. Unused credits never expire, so you can keep using them at your own pace.

2. Your statutory right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or another country that grants a legal right to withdraw from online purchases, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days and get a full refund as long as none of its credits have been used. By starting a practice attempt you ask us to supply the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right for that purchase.

3. Technical failures

If a practice attempt fails because of a problem on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed. If that did not happen, write to us and we will fix it.

4. Charged in error

If you were charged twice, charged for something you did not buy, or believe a payment was made without your permission, contact us or Polar and we will put it right.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@oet-trainer.com with the email address of your account and your order number from the Polar receipt, or contact Polar directly through the link in your receipt or at support@polar.sh. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. What happens to the credits

When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits from it are removed from your balance.
